Class 1 Valour – A totally selfless action(s) of enormous bravery and daring, in contact with the enemy or in Civil situations where death is a probable outcome.
Class 2 Gallantry – for Daring and conspicuous bravery in War or in Civil situations that are a danger to life and limb.
Class 3 Merit – for Commendable Milirary or Civil service or personal endeavours to succeed with high honour.
